Here are some ways you can make the most of your time at home.

1. MAKE GOOD CHOICES

Choose positive uplifting movies or activities such as board games. Stay connected to family members.

2. DIVE INTO A GOOD BOOK

Have a great book at hand to pass the time, there is nothing better than getting lost in a great story.

3. SPEND TIME IN THE GARDEN

Tend to the garden when the weather is good. Fresh air and a little autumn sun can do you the world of good.

4. CLEAR OUT YOUR CUPBOARDS (DECLUTTER)

Create a schedule and allocate a certain time in the day to cull. Do a little every day and before you know it, you will begin to see a big difference.

5. MAKE MEANINGFUL PHONE CALLS

Call old friends to have a meaningful chat. Stay in touch with loved ones and ask for help if need be.

6. STICK TO YOUR EXERCISE ROUTINE & EAT WELL

Go for a stroll, stick to an exercise plan and nourish your body. Keep those ‘good feeling’ endorphins flowing.

7. TUNE INTO SOME GREAT PODCASTS

Google an interest and type ‘podcast’ to see if you can find something you like and then share with a friend.
